BLACQ.app may list, host or promote events and Spaces run by BLACQ or by community hosts.
By attending an event, you agree to
Be aged 18 or over
Respect other guests, hosts and staff
Follow venue rules and any event safety guidance
Not bring illegal items
Not record or photograph people in a harmful or intrusive way
Bring valid photo ID where required by the venue
Licensed premises & ID
Many BLACQ.app events and networking opportunities take place in licensed premises where attendees must be 18 or over.
Venues may require valid photo ID on entry and can refuse admission at their discretion.
Tickets, refunds & fees
Prices and refund rules are set by the event host and shown at checkout.
BLACQ.app charges a small platform fee on ticket sales.
If an event is cancelled by the host, the host is responsible for refunds unless we say otherwise.
Your consumer rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
Access
Tickets, guest lists and access may be limited.
We or the venue may refuse entry or remove anyone who puts others at risk, breaks the rules or damages the experience.
Off-platform arrangements
BLACQ.app is not responsible for personal arrangements users make outside the platform.
